As a small business teaming partner, COBALT satisfies multiple small business socioeconomic subcontracting requirements.  Efficiencies can be gained by using COBALT as a single source to efficiently meet small business subcontracting requirements found in large competitive acquisitions.   This cuts back on the cost and administrative headache of managing multiple subcontracts.  Additionally, by maintaining one subcontract instead of five separate subcontracts the work share of strategic small and large business partners can increase.
