We monitor the status of our business systems on a monthly basis.   We resolve any critical problems assigning ownership of the system to an individual who defines a plan of action and improves the system.  All data and lessons learned are tracked in a management workbook to assure systems are constantly improving and adapting to the current business environment.  We always strive for operational excellence in all our business systems.  Our management tools and process keeps us on track for corporate success.
